In the Parisian summer of 1979, the producer of gay porn films Anne, desperate because of her breakup with the editor of her movies, Loïs, decides to shoot a new film in order to get her back. However, the set will be haunted by a serial killer with a mysterious past. Among oneiric atmospheres and neon lights, Un Couteau Dans Le Coeur brings at the center of the screen the marginal culture of the 70s gay porn cinema and the people who inhabited it.
